Hunter Place condominiums (specifically 2201-2215 Hunter Pl SE, Washington, DC 20020) were originally built in 1967. The 24-unit complex located in the Barry Farms community features three-story brick, traditional-style buildings.

Hunter Place Condominium Association has been a cornerstone of Washington, DC’s residential landscape since its establishment. From its early days, the Association set out to create a vibrant, well-managed community for residents seeking comfort, convenience, and security in urban living.
